This page lists the third parties ("sub-processors") that Loyus Solutions Pvt. Ltd. engages to help provide the xenzee Services and that may process personal data in doing so. It supports our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy. We keep this list up to date as the suite evolves.
What is a sub-processor
A sub-processor is a company we use to deliver part of the Services, such as cloud hosting or payment processing, that may process personal data on our behalf and under our instructions. We require each sub-processor to provide protections for personal data that are no less protective than those we commit to, and we remain responsible for their performance.
Infrastructure and core sub-processors
The Services are hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. The following providers may process personal data to help us run the Services:

Where a provider operates globally, personal data may be processed in the United States and in other countries where that provider operates, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Platform integrations you enable
In addition to the sub-processors above, you can choose to connect third-party platforms to the Services. When you do, data flows to and from those platforms at your direction, and they act as independent recipients under their own terms and privacy policies rather than as our sub-processors. These include, depending on the Apps you use:
- Advertising and business platforms: Google (Google Ads and Google Business Profile), Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), LinkedIn, X, Pinterest and TikTok, used by Campaigns and Delta.
- Search and analytics sources you connect to Atlas.
- Mailboxes and other tools you connect to Nexus and other Apps.
You control these connections and can disconnect them at any time, which revokes our ongoing access.
Changes and notifications
As our Services grow, we may add or replace sub-processors. When we make changes that affect the processing of personal data, we will update this page and, where our agreements require, provide a way to be notified in advance so that customers acting as controllers can review and, on reasonable data-protection grounds, raise an objection as described in our DPA.
